Paula Lieser has the spiritual gift of hospitality, and she has been using it for the glory of God at Victory Baptist Church for years. From the moment a guest walks through the front doors to the last handshake after the service, Paula works to ensure every person feels genuinely welcomed.
She was saved at VBC and immediately began serving in whatever capacity was needed. Over time, her natural gift for making people feel at home was recognized, and she stepped into a more formal role in church hospitality and guest services.
Paula believes that a warm welcome can open a heart that might otherwise remain closed, and she takes that responsibility seriously. She leads a dedicated team of volunteers who share her vision for a church where no one ever feels like a stranger.
Paula oversees the entire guest experience at Victory Baptist Church — from greeting and welcome teams to first-time visitor follow-up. She coordinates church-wide fellowship events, oversees the hospitality team volunteers, and works to create an atmosphere of warmth and belonging throughout the VBC campus. If there is food, fellowship, or a friendly face involved, Paula is behind it.
The entire VBC family is looking forward to welcoming you. No matter where you’re coming from, there’s a place for you here.
