Victory Baptist Church is an independent, fundamental Baptist church located in the heart of Milton, Florida. For decades we have been committed above all else to one thing — faithfully preaching the whole counsel of God's Word to the people of this community.
We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible, authoritative Word of God, and that it has the answer to every question life can throw at you.

God has been writing this story long before any of us arrived. Here are some of the chapters along the way.
Under the vision and leadership of Dr. Thomas Woodward, Victory Baptist Church holds its first service in Milton, Florida. Dr. Woodward would go on to faithfully shepherd the congregation for nearly two decades, laying a foundation of Biblical conviction and Gospel ministry that endures to this day.
Victory Baptist Press is established to print and distribute the Word of God. Over the decades the press would go on to distribute millions of Bibles and Scripture portions in twelve languages across thirty-four countries and all fifty states.
In May 1994, the Lord called the church's founding pastor, Dr. Thomas Woodward, home to glory. Just four days before his passing — upon Dr. Woodward's own recommendation — the church extended a call to Tim Fellure. He accepted, and has faithfully shepherded Victory Baptist Church ever since.
Through the faithfulness of God and the generosity of His people, Victory Baptist Church moves into a new facility — a milestone that reflected years of growth and God's provision.
The press expands into a larger warehouse facility to accommodate the growing demand for printed Scripture, enabling greater reach and distribution capacity.
Victory Baptist Church plants a sister church in Crestview, Florida — extending the ministry's Gospel reach into a new community and a new generation of believers.
Victory Baptist Church celebrates thirty years of faithful ministry under the leadership of Pastor Tim Fellure — three decades of preaching, shepherding, and serving the people of Santa Rosa County.
Victory Baptist Church marks half a century of God's faithfulness in Milton, Florida. What began with a small group of believers in 1976 has grown into a thriving church family — still preaching the same Gospel, still trusting the same God.
