Master Clubs

Training Kids
to Serve the Master.

Meets Every Sunday Morning
at 10:30 AM

Master Clubs is a Christ-centered children's ministry that gives kids a strong foundation in the Word of God through Bible memory, character training, badge achievement, and genuine Christian fellowship. We are affiliated with Master Ministries and use their proven, structured curriculum to invest eternal truth into the lives of children from preschool through their teen years.

We believe the years of childhood are among the most formative in a person's life. Every week at Victory Baptist Church, children are welcomed into a safe, encouraging environment where they can learn who God is, memorize His Word, earn achievement badges, and build friendships that last. Our leaders are dedicated, faithful men and women who love kids and love the Lord.

Whether your child is brand new or has been coming for years, they will always have a place to belong in Master Clubs at VBC.

A Department for Every Child

Master Clubs is organized into three departments so that every child receives Bible teaching and activities designed specifically for where they are. No matter the age, there is a place for your child here.

Little Lambs

Ages 4 – 5

Our youngest clubbers are introduced to the love of God through age-appropriate Bible lessons, simple memory verses, worship songs, and hands-on activities. Every week is a new adventure in discovering who God is and how much He loves them.

Servants

Grades 1 – 3

Children in this department dig into Scripture through structured Bible memory, badge achievements, missions education, and character development. This is where kids begin to own their faith — asking real questions, earning real rewards, and growing in real ways.

Ambassadors

Grades 4 – 6

Older students are challenged with advanced Bible study, leadership responsibility, and ministry involvement. Ambassadors are equipped and encouraged to represent Christ in their homes, schools, and communities — preparing them to serve the Master for a lifetime.

What to Expect

We know bringing your kids somewhere new can feel like a big step. Here is exactly what happens when you arrive so you can feel completely at ease.

01

Arrive & Check In

When you arrive, a friendly team member will greet you and your child at the check-in table. First-time families fill out a quick registration card so we can get to know your child.

02

Drop Off

Your child will be walked to their age group classroom by one of our leaders. You will receive a pick-up tag that ensures only you or a designated person can check them out at the end of the night.

03

Club Time

Kids enjoy Bible lessons, memory verse recitation, games, songs, and activities — all designed to be age-appropriate, engaging, and rooted in Scripture. It is never boring in Masters Clubs.

04

Pick Up

At the end of the service, head to your child's classroom with your pick-up tag. Our team will make sure your child is safely returned to you before you leave for the evening.

Your Child's Safety Is Our Priority.

Every leader and volunteer in Masters Clubs is a trusted, vetted member of our church family. We take the safety and wellbeing of every child seriously — because they are not just our ministry, they are your most precious gift.

Vetted Leaders

All Masters Clubs leaders are approved members of Victory Baptist Church and are known personally by our pastoral staff.

Secure Check-In & Check-Out

Every child is checked in and out with a matching pick-up tag system. No child leaves with anyone who doesn't have the right tag.

Multiple Adults Present

No child is ever alone with a single leader. Every classroom operates with multiple adults present at all times.

Open Communication

Have a question or concern? Our team is always available to talk. You can also reach us directly by calling the church office at 850-623-0086.

The Scholarship Program

The Master Clubs Scholarship program is an advanced level of achievement open to dedicated Primaries and Ambassadors who want to go deeper in their study of God's Word. Scholarship members take on additional Bible memorization, written assignments, and oral reviews that challenge them beyond the standard club curriculum.

It is one of the most rewarding accomplishments a child can earn in Master Clubs — and a tremendous testimony to their commitment to knowing and loving Scripture.

Scholarship Involves

  • Extended Scripture memorization beyond standard club requirements
  • Written Bible study assignments and oral review with club leaders
  • Eligibility for advanced awards and recognition at club events
  • Open to committed Primaries and Ambassadors ready for the challenge

Regional Competition

Each year, Master Clubs from churches across the region gather for a full day of organized competition. Regionals are one of the highlights of the Master Clubs year — kids compete in Bible memory, Bible story presentation, missionary research, and more.

It is a chance for children to be recognized for the hard work they put in all year, to connect with other young believers, and to celebrate what God has done in and through them. We love taking our kids to Regionals — and they love going.
